Faulty Goods:

Fleming’s Auto Bits is committed to ensuring the quality of our products. We will provide you with a replacement, repair, or refund for goods that are:

Faulty
Not as described
Unfit for purpose

Product Assessment:

In some cases, we may need to assess the product to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This could involve sending the product to the manufacturer or their authorized repair agent. This applies especially to car audio, electrical components, motor-driven products, power tools, and specially procured items. We will keep you informed throughout the process and notify you of the outcome once the assessment is complete.

If a product is confirmed faulty, we will offer you the choice of a refund, replacement, or repair at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns:

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. Fleming’s Auto Bits offers change of mind returns under the following conditions:

Return Period: The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Condition of Product: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.

If these conditions are met, we will offer you a refund or store credit.

Exclusions for Change of Mind Returns:

Please note that we cannot offer a refund, credit, or exchange for the following items unless they are faulty or not fit for purpose:

Specially ordered products
Products that have been modified
Products that have been used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions
